Module 5: Advanced Mechanics (5 sessions)

Session 1: We look into projectile motion including learning and applying associated calculation metrics.

Session 2: We look into conducting experiments into projectile motion as well as accelerated and rectilinear motions.

Session 3: Here tutors will take students to look into centripetal force & what is work and energy in physics.

Session 4 & 5: Students take a look into gravitational fields and factors that govern it.

Module 6: Electromagnetism (5 Sessions)

Session 1: We take what we learnt in Module 5 both formulas and theory and apply it on charged particles & electric fields.

Session 2: Students will explore the motor effect and how it affects conductors.

Session 3 & 4: Tutors take students to explore the relationship between electric and magnetic fields.

Session 5: Module 6 will conclude with analysing DC and AC motors & generators.

Module 7: The Nature of Light (5 Sessions)

Session 1: We will get a glimpse into Maxwell’s theory of electromagnetism and how it affects EM waves.

Session 2: We explore EM waves in more detail in this lesson, exploring everywhere ranging from history, spectras and quantitative and qualitative properties.

Sessions 3 & 4: We look into the wave model of light against the particle theory of light.

Session 5: We explore the famous theory of relativity and its applications.

Module 8: Deep into the atom (5 Sessions)

Session 1: We look the origin of the universe and its constituents that we know of today. How it all began.

Session 2 & 3: Tutors will take students deep into the structure of atoms and its subatomic particles.

Session 3 & 4: Here students will get into the exciting aspect of quantum physics by looking into the mechanical nature of atoms and their properties.

Session 5: To wrap up Module 8, we will explore why our current understanding of matter itself is still incomplete from the broader lens of the universe.

Mock Exams: Refining for HSC internal and external exams.

Here the tutor and students will sit down weekly to polish up on HSC exam theory and skills to achieve the set goal.
